1. Refund Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

- The product must not have been fully utilized or accessed
- The request must include a valid reason for the refund
2. How to Request a Refund

- Your order ID or transaction reference
- The product name
- Your reason for requesting a refund
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive and approve your refund request, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 1-2 business days for the funds to be available.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Products that have been fully accessed or utilized
- Products purchased more than 14 days ago
- Refund requests without valid justification
5. Exceptions
In cases where the product is defective, not as described, or you experience technical issues preventing access, we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a full refund regardless of the timeframe.
